Creating an account on GEZZINA.com is quick and easy. Click on Account in the top right corner of the website and enter your email address. You will immediately receive a 6-digit verification code by email to securely access your account.

What customs duties and taxes may apply?

Our warehouse is located in the Netherlands (EU). Orders shipped to destinations outside the European Union may be subject to local customs duties and import taxes, which are charged to the recipient. These fees are payable by the customer upon delivery or once the shipment reaches the local customs office.

The applicable amount is determined by the regulations of the destination country. We recommend contacting your local customs authority for an estimate prior to placing your order, to avoid any unexpected charges.

What should I do if my order has not arrived?

We kindly ask you to file a claim with the carrier and to contact our Customer Care team at customercare@gezzina.com. Please note that any delivery-related claim must be submitted within 14 business days from the delivery date.

* After this period, we are unfortunately unable to process claims for lost shipments.

RETURN & EXCHANGES

What is your return policy?

We hope you enjoy your purchase. Should anything not be quite right, we are happy to assist you.

You may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order by contacting return@gezzina.com. Once your request has been approved, you may return the item(s) to the address below.

When submitting your request, please include your order number, invoice details, and the reason for return. We will then provide you with a return shipping label along with further instructions.

For hygiene reasons, all returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition, with all original tags, packaging, and the protective hygienic liner (plastic insert) fully intact. Items returned more than 14 days after receiving the return label, or returned in non-resalable condition (including missing tags, removed hygienic liner, or signs of wear), will not be eligible for a refund and may be returned to the sender.

For your convenience, we provide a return shipping label. Returned items remain the responsibility of the customer until they have been received at our studio. We kindly ask you to retain proof of shipment.

Please note that return shipping costs, as well as any additional customs duties and import fees incurred for returns, are the responsibility of the customer and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Can I exchange an item?

We currently do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to exchange your purchase, please return the item for a refund and place a new order.

How are refunds processed?

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for your purchase once your return has been received and carefully inspected at our studio.

Please note that PayPal refunds are processed immediately and will appear directly in your account.Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days to be reflected, depending on your payment provider’s processing times.

Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
For your convenience, any return shipping and delivery fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
